The City of Wauwatosa is proposing to improve bicycle and pedestrian accommodations along Wisconsin Avenue, from Honey Creek Parkway to Mayfair Road, along with on Mayfair Road, from Wisconsin Avenue north to Potter Road.

Anticipated construction in 2026.

Reason for the project:

• Lack of bicycle accommodations
• Improve marked crosswalks along the route to provide safer crossings of Wisconsin Avenue at regular intervals
• Provide a connection to the Oak Leaf Trail at the east
• Provide a connection to the Potter Road Path at the west

Purpose of the map

We want to provide a mechanism for people to share the following:

• Share where you feel safe crossing Wisconsin Avenue
• Share where you feel unsafe crossing Wisconsin Avenue
• Share a general comment for the Wisconsin Avenue Multi-Use Path Project
