The City of Wauwatosa has partnered with Walker-Consultants to conduct a parking study on the current parking conditions in the Village. The information and data collected over the course of this study will inform recommendations for future planning.
Over the course of this study, we intend to:
- Evaluate the Village's current parking needs and demands, and plan for the future
- Review the Village's current parking policies and determine if advancements need to be made
- Analyze the Village's current parking signage and wayfinding and make recommendations for the future
- Analyze the consistency in parking time limits and regulations across the Village
- Explore paid parking solutions for the future
- Understand the community's parking needs and desires

How to get involved:
We invite all Wauwatosa residents and Village visitors to get involved in this parking study. Consider sharing your feedback in the survey below, or during the upcoming public meeting with Walker Consultants.
To participate in the online survey, add two markers to the map below. One marker will indicate where you parked — or typically park — in the Village; the other will indicate your destination in the Village. Please note: You will need to select a category through a dropdown menu each time you place a marker. After marking both your parking location, you will be prompted to complete our short survey.
The survey will be open through Monday, Nov. 27.
