What is the project?

In 2024, Wauwatosa is renovating the Muellner Building which houses the Senior Center, Curling Club, and community spaces.

Updates include:

  • Exterior and historic renovations - specifically restoring some of the original ceiling features in the curling arena and reconstructing the exterior balcony to replicate the historic look
  • Window replacement
  • Tuck pointing
  • HVAC and electrical
  • Improvements to the Senior Center rooms, including the kitchen, Firefly Room, and River View Room
  • Solar panels
  • Roofing
